ABSTRACT
The programme was planned and organised following NORTEL's Annual Ergonomics Conference in Montreal, Canada, April 1994. The 12 NORTEL/BNR locations appointed a person (Prime) who would be responsible (on a part-time basis) for implementing and maintaining the Ergonomics programme on their site.
