ABSTRACT
Most organizations, and especially most companies, are becoming more and more dependent on the body of knowledge that underlies the operation of the organization (Feigenbaum et a l., 1988). Thus, not only in consulting firms but also in manufacturing and process control, the competence, experience and general knowledge possessed, main tained and utilized by the employees provide an important ingredient in the successful operation and survival of the enterprise.
