ABSTRACT
Previously, the diffusion process was successfully adapted to the synthesis of A15-type superconducting compounds (e.g., Nb3Sn and V3Ga [1]). In this case, the diffusion is the so-called reaction diffusion by which a superconducting layer is formed via a mutual diffusion between two components.
