ABSTRACT

Low profile wrenches were the first type to be developed. They are also the most durable and least complicated. As illustrated in Figure 2, the rod end of a hydraulic cylinder (1) is connected to the arm or handle of a box end wrench (2), and the rear clevis is anchored to a reaction device (3) that reacts against adjacent bolts in the same pattern.
