ABSTRACT
This degree of confounding is defined by the design resolution. When some or all main effects are confounded with two-factor interactions, the design is said to be of resolution III. When all main effects are clear of two-factor interactions, the design is of resolution IV. When all main effects and two-factor interactions are not confounded, the design is of resolution V.
