ABSTRACT
In this chapter, principles of magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) are described. All data in this volume were obtained and evaluated on those principles. Factors that determine limitations of measurements such as spatial and temporal resolutions are discussed, and primary factors in the performance are explained.
