ABSTRACT
This chapter deals with some modifications and generalizations of the adaptive algorithms considered in the previous chapter. Other algorithms in this chapter are based on different approaches. Some modifications of the distance function are also considered. Within the algorithms of the AFNSU family no constraint is imposed on the distance-inducing matrix.
