ABSTRACT
A substantial proportion of counselors and psychologists take on the role of faculty and/or supervisor, on a full-or part-time basis, to train the next generation of professionals. Instead of working with clients, faculty provide professional services to students. However, many of the ethical issues of concern to faculty members addressed in this chapter are related to those affecting the therapist-client relationship. Additional issues that are unique to instructional contexts will also be presented.
