ABSTRACT
A new economic benefit calculation method to convert total net benefit present value of every item in an economic calculation period into average yearly net benefit series is presented. The method can be used to choose optimum soil and water conservation planning. Here we also calculate economic benefit cost ratio of farming, forestry and animal husbandry, abiding by the requirement of water and soil conservation technical norms.
