ABSTRACT
Soil and water are natural resources on which people rely for existence. Destroying soil and water resources worsens the ecological environment. Soil and water loss is a worldwide ecological problem. This paper discusses many direct measures and methods to protect soil and water resources, to prevent soil and water loss, and to benefit coming generations by increasing profits through protection of soil and water resources. This has important practical and scientific values in China.
