Thesupervisorwithconstructionexperiencewillhavea goodoverallviewoftheprocessofinsituconcrete construction,havingprobablyspentsomeyearsinoneor otherofthetradesconcerned.Thetechnicianorspecialist fromacementcompanyorserviceindustrycommencing theirstudyofconstructionatasupervisorylevel,however,willhavetoachieveanunderstandingofthe sequenceofeventsandthenaturalorderofconstruction processes.Whatmayinitiallyappearonsitetobea haphazardandsomewhatdisorderlyarrangementof constructionworkdoes,ofcourse,followacarefully plannedsequence,theprogrammeforwhichhasbeen preparedbyplanners,engineers,andmethodstudymen, baseduponthegeneralschemeenvisagedatthepretenderstagebyplannersandestimatorsasthebasisfor theirbidforthecontract.
