ABSTRACT
The literature on causation is enormous, while the literature on MSC is tiny. In this section I would like to emphasize those few MSC references, and point out some additional readings on approaches to causation that are relevant to MSC issues. There is no pretense to completeness, and the remarks are admittedly subjective.
