ABSTRACT
In Section 6 we saw how to develop a structural causal equation for a single factor, and in the preceding section we saw that for an MSC causation —* this could be written as bo.\vbjXj T* y [F], where the [F] notation indicates the presence of the co-cause and residual cause. In this section I want to do the same thing for a collection of factors Xi,..,xn. In order to be of use, the x's would generally be observable, although that is not necessary.
