ABSTRACT
Throughout the construct ion of the facility and at the acceptance of each of the subcontracts, inspection and testing have been a par t of the job . For a facility w i t h only 10,000 different components of one type or another, a 99-percent-perfect record would st i l l allow for 100 miscues, any one of w h i c h could be cri t ical to operation. The purpose of inspecting and testing is to catch as many of these mistakes as possible and to forestall tha t many future operational problems.
