ABSTRACT
From the beginning, the project manager has certain tasks tha t have to be started even while p lanning of the entire j ob is underway. I n order to keep control of this work, he relies upon the early work schedule. This schedule is merely a l is t ing of al l of these in i t i a l activities together w i t h the assignment of responsibility to a specific indiv idual and an assigned date for completion.
