ABSTRACT

The single most important responsibility of the project manager is to ensure customer satisfaction. If the project is successful in every respect in terms of meeting its stated objectives, schedule, and budget but the customer is somehow not satisfied, then the job was not done well enough. Such dissatisfaction could arise because the customer had a preconceived, but unspoken notion of what the outcome should be, because the customer obtained new information that

caused a revision in priorities, or because the customer had a change of mind.
