ABSTRACT
The author is aware of the great difficulties and "dangers" when writing about the history of his field. Nevertheless , the understanding of the history could contribute, in the opinion of the author, to the prospects of the future. Hence, the author was happy to accept the challenging request of the organizers and tried to do his best , especially with the aim not only to describe the history, but also to understand it and to draw some conclusions.
