Here are some tips and candid comments from speakers at Productivity, Inc. conferences and workshops about the challenges they face implementing TPM and how they are dealing with them.
It seems that every organization struggles with getting support from operators, maintenance techs, and senior management for the TPM effort. At Autoliv ASP’s four facilities in northern Utah, TPM implementers made a concerted effort to win the backing of all these factions, beginning with senior management of the facilities in 1996.
