ABSTRACT
WHILE Rachel Hazard was conducting the audit of Chemmix’s premises, she kept her well-trained eyes opened for several items she knew would stick out like the proverbial sore thumb. She knew she wouldn’t have to look too hard to find out if the facility was in or out of compliance with applicable requirements. The items in question? Per sonal Protective Equipment (commonly called PPE).
