ABSTRACT
AT the very beginning of her walk-around of Chemmix, one of the first items Rachel Hazard wanted to see was an employee information center (a bulletin board). Always a favorite OSHA target, such an information center can show an OSHA auditor a lot. When she looks at the employee bul letin board, it will be readily apparent to her whether or not the facility being audited keeps its employees informed and current with required safety and health information (post ings).
