ABSTRACT

MAKING the right choice also applies to individuals. People con sciously or unconsciously make decisions on how they control the quality of their lives. Their level of intellectual pursuits in music, phi losophy, art, literature, and religion can be characterized. They estab lish the quality control of their physical well-being, their number and type of friends, their eating habits, their consumption of stimulants such as alcohol or tobacco, their selection and frequency of physical and entertainment activities, and every other facet of their lives. But this does not mean that they are satisfied with either the level or the control of the quality of these many aspects of existence.
