ABSTRACT
Chinese dumplings are another main traditional wheat flour-based food. They are popular not only throughout China, but also in Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asian countries. Chinese dumplings used to be the food for special occasions only, such as festivals and for entertaining guests; however, they are becoming more generally consumed as living standards continue to improve.
