ABSTRACT
Chinese meat processing industry. Today, there are a number of joint ventures between Chinese and the United States or European countries. More and more, meat products are currently being produced and exported with a combination of Chinese and Western processing technologies. Recent new products or product forms include quick-frozen meatballs and traditional Chinese lun cheon meat cooked at low temperatures. These meats, available to domestic families, are now also exported to international markets.
