ABSTRACT
ONCE PACKAGING IDEAS have been generated, they should all be re corded in one document. List the ideas, their probability of success (POS: high, medium, or low), and any comments about the idea that were discussed during the latter portion of the idea generation session. The most probable ideas should begin the list. Distribute the list to ev eryone on the team and also to anyone involved with the package or product line to spur additional ideas or generate feedback regarding a particular concern.
