ABSTRACT
Annual plant 12-45 cm tall, not branched, rarely branched from base or in upper part. Radical leaves spatulate, withering by anthesis, cauline leaves linear or lanceolate-linear. Flowers gathered in pyramidal-paniculate inflorescence, large, 3*5-5.5 cm long, narrow funnel-shaped. Calyx ribbed, teeth deltoid, 2 of them narrow and long; 2 others broad and short. Corolla blue, its lobes fimbriate, rarely glabrous along margin. Ovary elliptical, stipitate. In Nor. Transbaikal 2 n = about 50, East. Sayan about 70, Yakutia (Chersk settlement) 78. Plate VII (2).
