ABSTRACT
Perennial, (7) 10-75 cm tall plant. Stems erect, glabrous, branched in upper part or from base. Leaf rosettes large, up to 12 cm long, 2.5 cm broad, on petioles about 1/2 as long as blade; blade lanceolate or linear, glaucescent, dentate on margin. Cauline leaves tiny, linear. Inflorescence corymbosepaniculate, pedicels white cobwebby-pubescent in upper part. Involucre narrow-campanulate, bracts dingy green, covered with rather few yellowish scarious hairs. Flowers yellow, often turning pink when dry. Achenes up to 6 mm long, dark-coloured, ribbed, without rostrum. Plate XL, 6.
