ABSTRACT

The lightening is peculiar to secretions consisting of resins and oils, whose main components are terpenoids. All components of resin in the microsporangium and pollen fluoresce in blue at 460-480 nm (pollen grain fluoresce in blue, while pollen wings - bubles - so weak in order to be measured). But secretory cells also have emission in the green-yellow spectral region whereas non-secretory cells have a weak fluorescence in
