ABSTRACT
Autofluorescence is changed during the development of the secretory cell, and it permits one to observe how the cells are filled with secretions and their transformation. The emission differs in unicellular and multicellular secretory structures. In this chapter, the systems in the different stages of their development will be analyzed.
