ABSTRACT
Aggravating the situation is the increasing use of high bandwidth content on the Internet, like multimedia, audio and video information. In fact, the use of the Internet for voice telephone traffic will, itself, tend to lower the quality of the calls due to the impact of the increased demand for bandwidth caused by such telephone-related traffic.
