The following discussion covers operating requirements for the automatic call distributor system in the categories of system, operator and supervisor functions. The requirements listed are considered MINIMUM FUNCTIONS to be deliv ered by the selected vendor. This request is not designed to preclude proposal of other functions or alternative methods that are perceived to be achieve the same operation and management objectives. Vendors are encouraged to comment on functions listed as well as recommend optional functions that may be available to further support the performance goals of I/O Marketing, Inc.
