ABSTRACT
Many CRM blunders are due to a failure to articulate a company’s needs and, thus, the company buys features and functionality it doesn’t need. Its staff can end up struggling with an overly complex application, a system that requires massive cus tomization to fit the company’s needs and infrastructure, or a system that is inade quate. With the proper evaluation and strategy, these quagmires can be avoided.
