ABSTRACT
The successful, long-term development o f the Wi-Fi industry is contingent upon the availability o f spectrum for its expansion. But for decades spectrum has been consid ered a scarce resource-a resource that governments must carefully control and man age. To that end, every country has established some sort o f regulatory body to oversee its strict regulation.
