ABSTRACT

Meeting twice a year with academic leaders, members of the NAB continually review the direction of the program, provide guidance for changes, and when possible, provide fiscal resources and/or co-op/summer jobs for program participants. During the years since the program began, the NAB has continued to confirm the need for a new generation of engineers and has worked as part of the Foundation Coalition to maintain focus on a strong engineering education with improved curricula and learning environments. These environments are structured to resemble the real world in which graduates will have to work.
