ABSTRACT
Opportunities will always exist for technical professionals to move into supervisory and management positions. The technology advances of the past few years have allowed an increasing number of Young Professionals (YPs) to assume such roles in their companies. In many cases, recent graduates and young professionals are using cuttingedge tools and methods that provide them with the "advantage" necessary to advance their careers. As new career opportunities continue to arise, the natural progression leads to management positions.
