Grass-Roots Efforts That Can Affect Public Policy

This presentation is designed to provide a practical overview of how you can build an effective grass-roots network in your section, community, and/or state, to share information, and to mobilize action on the policy issues that concern you and the engineering profession. In addition to discussing the importance of grass-roots lobbying and providing instruction on techniques and methodology, it also highlights IEEEUSA's on-going efforts to build a grass-roots network to promote our legislative agenda.
