ABSTRACT
Wavelet theory involves breaking up a complicated function (phenomenon) into
many simple pieces at different scales and positions. It allows greater flexibility with
more desirable features such as ’’discretization by wavelet packets”, and readiness for
better implementation (see [17] [20]).
