ABSTRACT
The goal of preparing this bibliography is to stress the impor tance of some excellent references available as research papers, books, and monographs. This bibliography does not document the evolutionary or historical record of neural networks; it is also not an attem pt to cite the works of established researchers or specific organizations. Several of these documents were ref erenced while these authors formulated the most appropriate description of concepts and algorithms.
