The most desirable location for such indentations is therefore along the webs. This may adversely affect the shear resistance of the webs in the profile under the wet concrete loading condition, but this is rarely a critical constraint. Positioning indentations on the webs also causes severe production problems when rolling the re-entrant profiles.
