ABSTRACT
It seems quite evident that most of the above mentioned tools might be built up as Expert Systems, within the so called KBE (Knowledge Based Engineering). But if the final goal may be conceived, the problem consisting in the definition of the general environment and the implementation of the tools is not an easy one.
