In general, the above m entioned hypothesis can be expressed for any load spectrum i as follows:

The argum ent for the above hypothesis is that the fullness coefficient or alternatively the product of the fullness coefficient and the corresponding load increm ent coefficient is considered as physical value and defined as follows:
