ABSTRACT
A number of researchers have presented algorithms for concurrent processing of structures modeled by finite elements during the past few years (Farhat & Wilson [1987]; Farhat et al. [1987b]; Lou & Friedman [1989]; Noor & Peters [1989]). In this chapter, we present algorithms for concurrent analysis of framed structures consisting of two-node elements such as plane frames and space trusses.
