ABSTRACT
Huntington’s disease (HD) was the first late-onset disease for which predictive testing became available and, moreover, it has often been used as a paradigm for other autosomal dominant late-onset neurogenetic diseases. This chapter focuses on reproductive decision-making after predictive testing for HD.
