Prenatal testing—dilemmas and problems facing Huntington’s families. A lay perspective

The very nature of the International Huntington Association makes for a wide diversity of opinions. The very nature of human beings means that there is little chance of a consensus. To emphasize the diversity, the International Huntington Association is the umbrella organization for the Huntington’s disease lay associations around the world. There are more than 35 members ranging from long-established organizations with salaried staff to fledgling societies with a few families and committed professionals.
