ABSTRACT
In this appendix we find the value of splitting of energy levels (3.3) in the double-well potential considered in chapter 3. For the ground state, we obtain expression (3.4). In conclusion, we show that (3.4) coincides with the result of calculations based on instantons (3.74) as it is stated in chapter 3, page 58.
