ABSTRACT
THIS CHAPTER DEFINES THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the contract consultant in relationship to the firm utilizing this type of resource. To provide the outline for this role definition, a methodology to capture a computer telephony integration (CTI) system migration analysis and the detailed steps throughout the process are provided. It is prudent to verify the background of the firm and the actual representative contracted for a particular activity. The background verification should include known expertise in the technology required, as well as a reputation to stand by the final work product.
