ABSTRACT
The range of pressures used in modern vacuum engineering is very wide (105 to 10"12) Pa. The measurement of pressure in this range cannot be provided by one device. In practice, the pressure of rarefied gases is usually measured by various manometric converters that are distinguished by the principle of action and the class of accuracy.
