Under TOe, SPC is used to continuously support the exploitation and subordination phases within the five-step improvement process so that Throughput can be enhanced or protected and to support the QFD program in meeting the necessary condition. To do this, the implementor must know where to focus, how to implement spe and how to prevent spe from being blocked.
