ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVES • To establish the basic sequence of events that will ensure success • To create an understanding of what activities must be perfonned and why • To create an understanding of what to avoid during the process
• Establish the organization structure and rewrite the corporate policy book. (Note that rewriting the policy book to the TOe world will require a paradigmatic shift in thinking, best accomplished through the education process.)
• Develop the action plan for implementation of the five steps through utilization of the Toe thinking process identifying what to change, what to change to, and how to cause change.
