But, we can prove every closed fonn OJ is locally exact, that is at each point Xo E M there exists an open neighborhood U (of xo) such that the restriction ~u is exact. More precisely we will demonstrate if U is an open sphere of It' and OJ is a closed differential fonn of degree p (~1) defined on U, then there is a (p -1) -fonn v such that OJ = dv .
