On the other hand, every diffeomorphism preserving the canonical shape of Hamilton equations is not necessarily a canonical transformation. So, the diffeomorphism defined by
p=p Q=2q preserves the canonical shape of Hamilton equations (with H = 2H), but is not a canonical transformation.
